Ah let next year worry about next year. Just enjoy the win. P.S. that little stunt you pulled in the WA thread may come back to bite you lol What happened? Kathy, Your sister wahinefan came for Washington about a COVID scare that the basketball team is having and went to far. She did get a poster’s account deleted, not sure if it was voluntary or not lol

Kate Lang is so good.
No one, and I repeat, no one is beating her out.
5-1 her whole career and will go down as one of the best to ever play the game for the wahine

The Wahine Freshmen need to hit the weight room in the off season, for different reason. Leoniak needs to add muscle get stronger, whereas Demirtas needs to lose her baby fat, increase mobility. Not to mention, not only Leoniak, but the other 2 European players, excluding Demirtas have to get stronger, so they can become a force at the net. Ah let next year worry about next year. Just enjoy the win. P.S. that little stunt you pulled in the WA thread may come back to bite you lol Hey, not worried, everything going forward is just gravy. The Wahine accomplished what they had to accomplish this season, already. UW is the team that has much more to lose. None of the Wahine fans are talking NCAA Championship this year, but UW fans most likely are, so the pressure is on them.

At least Hawaii was able to make it passed the first round. San Diego and Northern Colorado did not make it passed the first round, I thought there was going to be a curse for the teams who started the 2019 tournament in Hawaii. Utah Valley and Marquette also didn't make it past the first round. Pretty much all of our tourney opponents are out.hey now ... fairfield is still in contention! but then, their 1st rd match with ucla hasn't started yet ...

After Iosia left, I thought it would be some time before we have a setter that could be a program staple. But I proved wrong by Lang, super excited to see hoe she grows from here.

I felt like it was only a matter of time before she unseated Byrd. She has had great training and experiences at the highest level of club before coming to Hawaii. I’ve said it many times, but Hawaii is lucky to have her.

Yup, Lang is the real deal! And we're going to get another terrific setter when Matias comes on board....we're all good at the setter position for now and in the near future!

Kate has the same composure Kanoe had when she was a freshmen. So happy to have her at Hawaii.
