Really like McCutcheon- seems like a level head and always a great soundbyte. I’m a big fan of Minnesota because of coach McCutcheon. He seems to be an outstanding individual. |

Love samedy but she seems very… monotonic lol I think it’s professional of her and it sets her apart from her peers Yep. Sounds like a future member of Team USA to me. |

I didn't watch a lot, but I bet she's just tired y'all. She's carried this whole team basically on her own for like 4 years. It's hard to be locked in every match especially with some of those disastrous sets from Shaff...

Samedy is undoubtedly one of the best players in the country. Earlier this season and spring season it looked like Minny was a 1 woman show. I really love seeing the rest of the team… like Wenaas, Miyabe, Myers, McGraw, Kilkelly… step up and make huge contributions in this tournament. I love seeing this team succeed and have it not be 100% Samedy.

Awkward Annie actually did a good job. But yeah she would have to ask for a touch on God with that orbital swing hahah lol, I love how she calls balls out no matter how much they are in. Really should chill a little bit My favorite was from last spring’s tournament against Nebraska. Sun tipped a ball and VDM hit it twice and was so perplexed and annoyed that’s she got called for playing the ball twice consecutively. I’ve been a fan ever since. |

Minnesota coach McCutcheon was asked about Samedy as well. He is also blaming the Samedy performance on timing...saying she doesn't hit with her same range when she has an approach that is too fast...Karch doesn't buy it and neither do I, Samedy is a seasoned veteran player who is a frontrunner for player of the year. She got some good sets tonight which she didn't put the heat on that we all know she is capable of. We definitely got the PR answer here, but hopefully they can work out whatever is wrong and she can come out swinging in the next one!
