Barnes was a game changer. 2nd team all-american behind the freshman Rodriguez from NEB That crap means very little to great competitors.

Louisville 32-1, and they were dominant throughout, their only 5-setters were with #3-seed Pitt, #4-seed Wisconsin #7-seed Kentucky aaaand Arizona State???
Wisconsin 30-3 and their only losses to 6-seed Purdue(x2) aaaand Maryland???

Wisconsin is losing a lot more then Louisville will be losing when this year ends. We will be hearing a lot more about Louisville next year, then we will when it comes to Wisconsin. Louisville losing Stevenson and Dilfer (both grads) and Chaussee...leaving DeBeer and who else? Jones and Tillman? hmmm Wisconson losing Rettke (finally), Hilley and Barnes (all grads), maybe Loberg (senior)...but guessing Smrek will be the focus Yes to losing Loberg. And though she wasn't all that 'notable' tonight Gio Civita is a BIG part of the backcourt, and she's done after Saturday as well

20 Kills on .704 that's actually INSANE It is. Her second best offensive match of the season was against Nebraska in Lincoln. I'll have to say, it surprises me. I generally don't think it's great thing when your freshman has to carry such a load. But the strength of this team is their ability to find any number of players to do so. It isn't all about Rettke despite the press. She's incredibly important, but somebody has to make the plays when she is the focus of the opponents defense.

Wisconsin is losing a lot more then Louisville will be losing when this year ends. We will be hearing a lot more about Louisville next year, then we will when it comes to Wisconsin. Hilley and Rettke can never be replaced; Barnes proving her AA accolades; Civita calm and collected; Loberg came alive when needed. That said, Smrek, Orzol, Robinson, and Demps returning. Saw glimpses of greatness from Jardine and incoming Wrobel is lethal. Hammill and Ashburn are both great setters. Most importantly, Danielle Hart will be back, hopefully healthy. Wisconsin just needs some help in the backcourt (ahem, portal).

We will be hearing a lot more about Louisville next year, then we will when it comes to Wisconsin. given the positions Wisconsin has open and the transfer portal, I’d hold your words.. They both lose a setter. That’s never easy to replace. Just ask Kentucky lol Given the transfer portal you can’t look at seniors on any roster and make deductions about next year like you used too.

Anna Stevenson saying that her favorite player and inspiration is Rhamat Alhassan just feels so right

It was a big miss on the counter challenge for the centerline violation IMO. It was in the action of playing the ball and a hitter was coming down from an attack, no? You cannot challenge center violations, so there's that.

LOL I'll be here. I don't know what you're thinking, but it's not meant to be a shot at Wisconsin, nor Louisville with the ASU result. Just kind of crazy to those results that would happen by watching both of those teams tonight and comparing that to their overall season results.

In like 5-6 years of owning one, I have never had a heart rate alert on my Apple Watch. I had 3 alone this match. My Garmin watch at one point buzzed and the screen said "You have had an elevated heart rate for a while. You should take it easy."
