Straight up, Nicole Fawcett has been a volunteer assistant coach for exactly two seasons at Ohio State, and I'd take her over Aird. He'd have to majorly turn around Indiana over the course of the next 5-6 seasons before I'd consider him for such a high profile job.

I agree. That would probably be my second choice. Rockwell is my first but she stepped away and unless she has changed her mind it won’t be her but I can hope. I think she is by far the most qualified and she has respect and can recruit. I love fawcett. I wouldn’t mind her at all. I had said forever that I though harmatto had the mentality to make great coach is she wanted to get into coaching but I Havnt heard that she has

When Glass went to Stanford, I really thought she was prepping to take over PSU in another 2-3 years. Life had other plans for her, but that would've been incredible too.

When Glass went to Stanford, I really thought she was prepping to take over PSU in another 2-3 years. Life had other plans for her, but that would've been incredible too.

Glass has the pedigree. When Rockwell decided to retire glass was at the top of my radar. She won those titles as Stanford as assistant, titles in college at psu, medals in Olympics, she wins everywhere she goes. I know she’s taking time off this last year to take a break or was it to set something else in motion. Who knows. Lol

No disrespect to the current assistants but none of them Are gonna sell that program or get the base excited. Not trying to be harsh just trying to speak truth

Didn’t know that great for her. If that’s the case means they are very intelligent. Makes me want her more now thanks. Lol

Also if they are going smart with high vb IQS I be keeping a eye on Megan Courtney on staff. I understand she is still playing put heard her game IQ is off charts. I want it to stay in psu family

If these rose rumors are true then every former psu player in coaching positions is gonna want that job but I think only a handful have any chance at all. I guess your right I mean they were already grooming her to take over and made a new title for her and she was getting head coach pay as assistant and still left

Yes but experience isn’t always everything cause I’d still rather take chances with her over aird lol. I’d be ok giving glass shot also

Hey aird is former psu alum and coach so it isn’t like it’s completely off topic lol

I like him as assistant but to lead whole program no. And it scares me for him to possibly be replacement for rose. It terrifies me actually. I don’t want that.
