I'm not sure how to link a Tik Tok but I think these screenshots convey the message pretty well. Poor photo quality, but basically the video starts out with her saying "listening to the same post game speech about desserts, weight and extra reps" and then the second part flashes through a dozen pictures of other teams in the league and says "thinking baout how much fun I could be having on literally any other team in the country" who posted it

Not. Good.
Aird seemingly is fixated on player weight, size, etc. Leading by example is good. Not blaming performance on size or weight is good. Encouraging player attitudes using university resources is good. Developing players’ skills is good. Developing coaching skills is very good. Aird, c’mon. Indiana can be and do better.

Especially not good considering that one of Aird's well-known past players who is a regular in the comment sections of these tik toks has been posting her own content lately about recovering from an eating disorder. Disordered eating is unfortunately super prevalent amongst college athletes and this doesn't mean that Aird was the root cause or anything, but it's certainly plausible that the culture he seems to create around body image and food shaming would have played a role in this athlete's experience.

Yikes. "The program is doomed" is about as damning a headline as it gets. I haven't even read the article yet.

One wonders why Indiana is so committed to a project that's obviously failed, is getting worse, and is also publicly embarrassing in multiple ways.
