That is an awesome story. 🥲 Major props to Kenzie; great example of Coach Cook caring for his players. What did Cook do? Is he one of the sport psychologists?

Kenzie calls Cook and says she is quitting volleyball. He has multiple options to go after another libero, but he doesn't. Rather he keeps his scholarship pledge to her and encourages her to do HS volleyball. More fun than the more competitive club ball. I don't know all the specifics, but without Cook's support and guidance, doubtful Kenzie would be playing D1 VB. Edit: also she has obviously excelled once at NE.

I know this is a bit off-topic, but I recall a seeing a video when Caroline Jurevicius committed to Nebraska that showed her in what appeared to be her yard or driveway. In this video, she was hitting a ball off of some sort on plywood that was angled such that she could bit it into the plywood. The ball would then bounce back for a dig or set/receive attempt.
I've been looking for this video (thinking of making one for my daughters), but have struggled to find it. Anyone know where to find this video?

Just made a frame of 2x4s, covered with a piece of plywood and then put 2x4 legs on it. We had to get sandbags to stop it from moving backwards on our driveway. But it was fun and helpful!

In the previous post, is Maggie being greeted by volleyball players? Just curious.
