Buckeye fans should be excited about this. Olivia is REALLY good. Also because she didn't put the required "TM" behind the word "The" in her post. Violating trademark and copyright law is a serious offense and The(TM) Ohio State University clearly takes that seriously. |

Roster updated today. ohiostatebuckeyes.com/sports/w-volley/roster/Vanja is no longer listed, which surprises me that she still participated in spring matches. Adria Powell is still listed, so it looks like her and Mia Grunze are the only players taking their extra covid this year at OSU. |

Hi there! Texas fan here looking to come to Columbus for the opening weekend. What would be the best way to secure tickets? I'd be coming from NYC so I'd prefer to have tickets before getting my flight/hotel down. Any tips/recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Looking forward to touring Columbus, OSU, and to two great matches.

This isn't a bad team ... they might do well. If pressed I'd say somewhere between 3rd and 5th in the B1G. Agree. Solid team. Similar to last year. Not as good in the middle. Can LS terminate? Why does crazy Big Ten lady believe the Bucks will be too 3 in league. Not seeing it. Isn’t OSU only really just replacing a blocking middle (Davis?). Given that they finished 3rd in conference last year, Nebraska’s entire pin collection are consistently inconsistent, Minnesota loses arguably the nations best outlet attacker, Purdue loses everybody, Penn State is a quagmire of transfers, and they only play Wisconsin once, I don’t think it’s an unreasonable prediction for OSU to finish top 3 in conference |

I would follow OSU W Volleyball on social media for a month or so to get the updates. Only a couple of matches each year sell out, so I doubt you would be unable to get tickets, but we haven't had a non-conference game like this not at Nationwide since I have been following the team in 2008. For Columbus recommendations I'm going to link below to what I posted last December for the final four. If you are from Texas I would avoid any BBQ place here. I finally found one truck that does decent brisket, but it is really lacking in this area. If you get a chance to go downtown, the North Market has good stuff and there's a restaurant there called Barley's (maybe Barclay's?) that has great food and beer as well. Germantown has good stuff. You should also check if T(tm)OSU football is in town because they totally change their roads around for that. I got caught in that once. It's hell. |

Barley's is very underwhelming in my opinion. TIFWIW. He’s coming from New York City. He’s not coming for the amazing Columbus, Ohio cuisine. I’m sure wherever he eats it will be fine.
