I think UK still has scholarship room for 2024...Thigpen makes the roster at 14, but Audrey Whitworth and Lane Jenkins are almost surely walk-ons. I suspect Molly Tuozzo might also be a walk-on. Eleanor Beavin might also be on 1/2 scholarship because I suspect she has a lot of KEES in-state scholarship money. Can't see them going the 2024 cycle without taking a MB. Jordyn Williams will be a Senior in 2024, and that would only leave Jordyn Dailey and Brooke Bultema on the roster. More than likely, Daily will be an OPP. But who knows. Good to have athletes who are versatile. |

Is Williams all healed? I thought she was awesome at the club level She was dressed for the last spring game and went through warmups but didn't play. She's probably close to fully healed, but I imagine they'll be pretty cautious with her the first few months of the season. |

These three are going to be really good for UK in the near future. Throw in Deleye and Dailey and even more firepower in the mix. Exciting times.

Read a column by Larry Vaught, interviewing Asia Thigpen, and it seemed to confirm she was playing Libero this season. Her Dad is linebackers coach at North Carolina, so I can see her covering ground and digging.

They do but, for as long as I've followed them, they always have at least four or more middles on the roster, and they're currently slated to only have three on the roster in 2023 (Williams, Dailey and Bultema). I believe Williams is coming off an achilles tear, so that's a pretty thin margin for error.

she has a chance to see the floor this year. dealer is the only MB lock, bell and goetzinger are back and forth and Williams hasn't got the chance to show what she can do |
