Anyone see her play live? Strengths/weaknesses etc Incredible at defense and passing. Hits a mean pipe. A bit undersized but she has hops and a powerful arm. |

Based on that tape, any chance she's being recruited to be a libero? Strong arm, but I don't see quite the explosiveness that makes me think she's a long-term OH.

Again, I think her height is going to be her biggest hurdle to playing 6-rotations at OH. I could see Kentucky using her as a DS but letting her hit the pipe! That would be exciting. |

She for sure has an explosive arm swing but not as explosive off the ground. Doesn’t seem like as dynamic of a leaper as some of the other undersized pins that we’ve seen lately. Contact point not very high. Her defense and passing is super impressive though. Her setter also looks like a great athlete. I wonder whose recruiting list she’s on. |

Wouldn’t surprise me if she’s ends up at L/DS with all the pins UK has landed lately. Good talent to add to the class either way.
I think that may be it for the ‘24 class with the limited scholarships available.

I could see her being an Annika Albrecht type player. Comes into pass for a front row hitter, and can get set out of the backrow. Lots of her highlight reel plays are bic/pipes

Whatever happened to UK and Cisneros? Thought I read on here that she was almost a “for-sure” recruit.
Does UK signing two other pins mean they decided to go in a different direction or is she still a possibility?

I don’t think it’s entirely clear, especially because of COVID years, what UK’s scholarship situation looks like. I think that Asia could be slotted as a backrow player as others have suggested, meaning Cisneros could be still an option! But UK obviously wanted Benjamin badly and she’s another top OH in the class, so I’d say it looks less likely |

She was at the elite camp from what I've seen posted. Reading between the lines, Kentucky probably didn't offer. |

I doubt Skinner would turn away a talent like Cisneros if she’s interested. Numbers typically work themselves out and it’s possible they have room for one more.

I think UK still has scholarship room for 2024...Thigpen makes the roster at 14, but Audrey Whitworth and Lane Jenkins are almost surely walk-ons. I suspect Molly Tuozzo might also be a walk-on. Eleanor Beavin might also be on 1/2 scholarship because I suspect she has a lot of KEES in-state scholarship money. Can't see them going the 2024 cycle without taking a MB. Jordyn Williams will be a Senior in 2024, and that would only leave Jordyn Dailey and Brooke Bultema on the roster.

And, after watching Thigpen's video again, until I hear from the coaches otherwise, I think she's coming in as a libero. Her arm is incredibly powerful, but she doesn't explode off the floor.
