Justine is taking over the LOVB insta account (@leagueonevolleyball) tomorrow to show us "a day in the life" and share info/answer questions about the league that's debuting in a couple years I'm intrigued so she said a couple of years? LOVB last published it was doing the 2021 season... then 2022/23.... smh it's giving sheree 'september, its spring/summer' teas |

There already isnt anywhere close to the market demand for the sport that exists in Turkiye, Poland, Italy, Russia, Brasil etc. But those leagues have no salary cap/floor to keep the teams the same quality. They cant if they want to compete for the best players. So we will likely be stuck with the volleyball version of MLS without the cash cow that is FIFA and the USA soccer national team to prop it up. |

I would literally support any actual volleyball league in the US, even if it was the “mid” players out of college😭 I just cannot get behind the AU at all. I like having actual teams to get behind, not fantasy draft rosters every week (although that’s probably a plus for some people, I just think for volleyball it’s atrocious) |
