NCAA really needs to mandate minimum framerates. I could see the NCAA setting minimum standards for hosting NCAA tournament games, but I don't think they should have any say on non-tournament games. that should be a conference decision (where the schools have a say in it).

That is only a tiny part of the list and it isn't volleyball specific. There are conferences that use dvSport for basketball but don't have replay for volleyball. What conferences are you aware of who have the software for basketball but not for volleyball?? while I'm not a technical expert, I'd imagine that high framerate isn't as important in basketball replay review as it is in volleyball. I don't watch that much basketball, but I don't seem to recall many arguments about microtouches or determining where the ball landed.

Or at least, the ball moves faster, which is the relevant issue with needing high framerates.
