Woah...looks like I missed a crazy day of the French League.
Nancy over Volero? I'm shook. This should have been a Volero win on paper, but wow. Way to go Nika Markovic. She's been great for Nancy this season.
Looks like Mims went off for Nantes. They had such a messy start to the season without her, but now they look like a really solid team. Jasper seems like a steady force for them on the OH. Glad to see Skinner back for Beziers, but looks like it wasn't enough for them to get the win today.
TFOC continues to surprise. They are now 4th in the standings lol.
I'm a bit confused with Venelles's strategy today. Why did Brambilla and Evans not start? I thought this team found its starting pin trio with Brambilla, Evans, and Abderrahim, but this musical chairs on the pins is gonna hurt the team in the long run. This team needs some role clarity.
Paris SC looks like a dark horse for the top 2. They look pretty solid. It would be cool to have a CL team in Paris leading up to the Paris Olympics.
Mulhouse looks like they are gonna be a flop this season, unless Amanda starts to pick it up. They've disappointed me so far.

After Beziers took a close Set 1, Paris SC has been rolling in Set 2.
Nantes destroyed Le Cannet in Set 1, and then Le Cannet returned the favor in Set 2.
Cannes and Venelles w/ 1 set a piece. Looks like Venelles has gone back to Drechsel at OPP.
TFOC up 2-1 against MeB. MeB really loves to go down 2-0 and then start winning sets lol.

TFOC wins in 5. MeB with another 5 set loss.
I wonder if any Italian team would take Maria Alejandra Marin next season? She's just so good and I think she deserves to be on a better team.
Nantes beats Le Cannet in 4 pretty convincingly. They are the clear #1 right now.

Venelles takes the late lead in Set 5 and pulls off the 5 set win over Cannes.
I feel like Venelles is trying to find a consistent pin trio that works. Idk if they've found it yet.
