Oh That’s not good: I mean, she played a big role so still should of made freshman team but it’s not that unheard of for her not to make it Especially since she was hyped as the greatest libero prospect to enter the NCAA ever |

Also I will never forgive Nebraska for taking an all american in hord And with their abysmal setting, she couldn’t make first team all big ten: Frauds She’s had some good sets. Girl just can’t adjust! She barely had good sets. Let’s not kid ourselves |

Guctekin not making freshman team is extremely puzzling. Does anyone have her passing numbers on the year. Also I’m gonna get a LOT of hate for this I was never that impressed with Allick. She was good, but I never saw her as freshman of the year good. Gutctekin had decent numbers, nothing stand out though. I think her passing struggled this year: Guctekin: 2.08 / 48.2 GP% / 600 attempts / 6.74 / 28.8 TP% / 76.7 DP% / 63.1 GD% |

I understand some of the top teams ran 6-2ds etc, but still.
The Big setting this year was not good.

Okay, people are all going "ouch, 2.08, that's not good" for GG as why she didn't make All-Frosh team. That's fair; passing is clearly the weakest part of her game.
But you might also look at that thread and find someone else who passed 2.08. Who got a major B1G award. Hint - her name starts with M and ends with urr.

Like at all It's been a long, long time. 2016 was GOLDEN Carlini, Hunter, Poulter, SSS, Minarik, Tashima, Evans, and Detering. Agree with a post made in this thread in September, ''Tashima was like 6th in this group and she'd be by far the best in the B1G this year." |

Everyone and their mother was talking about how Wisconsin was getting a pro level libero, how she’ll be amazing etc, change Wisconsin etc |

Happy to see Mosher recognized on All Frosh Team. For some reason, I was thinking it was only true freshman and red-shirts weren't eligible. Glad to see I was wrong.

Over/under on the Rosens getting one more year to go 12-0 in preconference then finish 8-12 in league play, barely make it in the NCAAs and lose round 2? Do we think they stick around with health concerns? Giving Day was yesterday and Big 10 Postseason Awards came out today, so if there was an announcement to make, it wasn't going to come yet. My guess is we will hear about a retirement or extension by the end of next week because they will meet with the team before they go home for the semeser ( classes end 12/9). |
