So it is a constant 4.5. You do not get 4.5 new ones each year. As scholarship players graduate, that opens up their portion of scholarship money for incoming players or to add on to the scholarships of current players. |

Could there more transfer outs than ins? Marumoto is probably transferring out. Honestly, I don't see that for him. I think he would love to be able to play, but being home at UH is where he'll stay. If anything I'm thinking Ottmar could leave. |
