I do find my stomach is the most cultured part of me... I will be on Oahu and Maui in June. What do I need to eat for true Hawaiian food? Hit me with all of them! Anyone seeing this please feel free to message me! Liliha Bakery poi donut. All kine poke (not that crappy sprinkles mainland version). Magic Mountain (waikele) shave ice. 711 all kinds musubi. Squid luau. What’s the name of that food truck in waikele that serves squid luau? Same area as Leonard’s. |

Liliha Bakery poi donut. All kine poke (not that crappy sprinkles mainland version). Magic Mountain (waikele) shave ice. 711 all kinds musubi. Squid luau. For authentic Hawaiian food check out Highway Inn Restaurant or Helena’s(not Elena’s) Hawaiian Food restaurant but they’re quite a drive like 15-25 miles from Waikiki. Get one Highway Inn at Kakaako now, but it doesnt have the same vibe as the old Waipahu one |

For authentic Hawaiian food check out Highway Inn Restaurant or Helena’s(not Elena’s) Hawaiian Food restaurant but they’re quite a drive like 15-25 miles from Waikiki. Get one Highway Inn at Kakaako now, but it doesnt have the same vibe as the old Waipahu one That’s new to me. I’ve only been to the one in Waipahu, the old location across post office and the new location across Honolulu’s kitchen . |
