so sick of ucla recruiting monopoly Well UCLA has always been a recruiting monopoly but only been able to fully put it together last season and take it all under Spreraw. I actually credit other teams that recruit well but don't get all those hoards of fab 50 top notch USA players year after year like UCLA. Like literally they have 3 teams worth of Fab 50 players lol. But it is what it is. |

As if its in the rules that teams should only take in USA recruits alone. Lol When only a hand select number of teams can hoard all these top USA players and not come in droves to a team like Hawaii....our program will not simply sit idly by and let it happen. They will go out and find the best. |

UCLA gets to combine the storied history of their program with elite academics. Not many other programs can say that they have both. |

They will go out and find the best. I get it that it's somewhat crazy that some teams backups are all FAB50's but it also speaks to the positive culture/championship culture at the top schools. So many highly recruited players spend years on the bench when they could play early at other schools. The rosters are huge for a 7 man lineup and hs all americans are willing to work and scrap to earn a spot on the floor. So imo let's give props to these teams that continue to attract and keep the top recruits in the transfer portal era. |
