Of course they won’t sweep it under the rug! But today’s opinion will have zero, or minimal, impact on that decision. If not sweeping under the rug, then by definition it would have significant impact on that decision. 😂 Uhhhhhh re-read your post They won’t sweep a federal abortion ban under the rug by just automatically upholding it… and in making that decision, they won’t rely on Dobbs.

It is in the constitution Please cite the phrase in the language of the US Constitution granting the federal right to abortion.
I'll wait here for you to spring your trap.

Yep, knew I was right on the classical states right language. Pretending the other person is wrong with zero effort, confirms it. Zero effort? Just because you don’t know the difference between substantive due process (i.e. 5A/14A) inquiries and federalism (Art. I) inquiries doesn’t fall on me. I’ve made effort - you just aren’t informed enough to engage with it.

Every person who hates today's events, wasn't going to vote for the GOP nominee in 2024. They already weren't, and they still won't now. Every person who loves today's events, wasn't going to vote for the Dem nominee in 2024. They already weren't, and they still won't now. How many total people will actually change their vote, because of today? I would guess we're talking like less than 1% of all voters. nope, too simplistic it's not that black and white it depends on other issues it's an issue of consideration for probably 30-40% in how they add or delete it to their impression of a candidate 1% is simply way too small it's important to 70%, now how important is another question,

Read roe or griswold Thanks for admitting there is no such phrase in the constitution that protects the right to an abortion.

won’t sweep a federal abortion ban under the rug by just automatically upholding it… and in making that decision They necessarily must and will be forced to consider that today's ruling gave the authority back to the states, and thus upholding such a ban rips the authority away from the states and gives it back to the federal government.

duncs "efforts" here today explain exactly why Dems lose elections.
Intellectual elitism. Plain and naked, for all to see.
"Look voter, you're too stupid for me to engage with. I'm an intellectual elite. I'm smarter than you. So I just get to decide what's right and what will be done."
That wins votes! 😂

I'm not going to explain substantive due process or the right to privacy in a post here, I know you won't read it and other people have explained it better than I could ever do.
