duncs "efforts" here today explain exactly why Dems lose elections. 😂 But they don’t. They have won 7 of the last 8 (87.5%) presidential elections in popularity. But have only held the office for 62.5% of the time. The vote for senators in the last 6 years (all 100 seats) has been democrats 140 million to 110 million, yet it is 50-50. We have a terrible system. It started with women and black people not being allowed to vote and has continued since.

They necessarily must and will be forced to consider that today's ruling gave the authority back to the states, and thus upholding such a ban rips the authority away from the states and gives it back to the federal government. Sort of like the gun ruling of yesterday. Not at all like it, since the constitution has actual language that can reasonably be interpreted as guaranteeing the right to carry a gun in public.
There is no such language in the constitution for guaranteed the right to an abortion.

Thanks for admitting there is no such phrase in the constitution that protects the right to an abortion.
I'm not going to explain substantive due process or the right to privacy in a post here Neither can explain away that the constitution does not contain language that can reasonably be interpreted as guaranteeing the right to an abortion.
You're just making s__t up.

I guess they are not allowed to vote in your county? Where is that and I think you are not telling the truth here

in popularity. ... 140 million to 110 million You're just making up a phantom system that is not legal and not in use, and declaring victory. You don't persuade me.

What part of a well regulated militia gives individuals the rights to carry a gun?

What part of a well regulated militia gives individuals the rights to carry a gun? Bear arms does.
Back in the day of the founders, a well regulated militia could only come into existence by recruiting members of the armed public. Therefore, bear arms indeed expressed the desire of the founders that the public continue to possess, maintain, practice with, guns (arms).
I agree that such a sentiment is not relevant in modern times and with the country having a (large) standing, professional military.
But until the constitution is amended, to correct that, the language must stand and be interpreted as the founders originally desired.

I was explaining why they do lose them.
Intellectual elitism. Just because someone is stupider than you, doesn't give you a right to dictate a single iota of anything to them.
Indeed, if you can't explain and persuade someone stupider than you that you are/your idea is correct, then maybe you aren't as smart as you think you are.

duncs "efforts" here today explain exactly why Dems lose elections. Intellectual elitism. Plain and naked, for all to see. "Look voter, you're too stupid for me to engage with. I'm an intellectual elite. I'm smarter than you. So I just get to decide what's right and what will be done." Never claimed you were stupid! I think laziness and ego probably better explains why you can’t engage with my posts.

We have already seen that some corporations are concerned enough about how this will impact their job recruiting and retention that they are announcing policies that any women employees in abortion-illegal states will be compensated for flights to states where abortion is legal.

if Hillary couldn't run a decent campaign, it's an indication she might not have been an effective President Maybe? I don't think it is at all clear that the skills required to get elected as President are the same as the skills required to actually be President.
