I think the view of the truck driving over top of a protestor is obscured (if it actually happened). I was going to post that we've seen what it looks like when a driver "plows" into people, both in Waukesha and Charlottesville, and this didn't pass the eye test for me. If someone is in front of my vehicle, my first reaction is TO STOP!lol Yes. Protesters trying to block you in is exactly equivalent to "someone in front of my vehicle". |

It is the baton that he pushed her with. Fact is he assaulted an unarmed women for expressing her constitutional rights to protest. He definitely pushed her with his left hand. And regardless, saying a cop is "using a baton" is intentionally implying something more than pushing. He definitely threw an unarmed woman to the ground. |

He does not use the baton to push her, her uses his left hand. She is not protesting, she is covering the incident of someone else being taken into custody as a reporter. Oh and your "fact" is not a fact so I guess it's actually 0-3. REGARDLESS... if a police officer tells someone to back-up so that their fellow officers can do their job unimpeded, it would behoove a person to do what they say and back-up. Did you get permission from dunc to respond to me? I always do love when you try to keep score. Such a lame response. It is amazing how you are so willing to allow your constitutional rights to be literally trampled. What "police job" was she preventing anyone from doing standing on a sidewalk legally protesting? |
