I think I’m gonna do it…I think I’m gonna drive to see Pitt vs San Diego on Friday. And then probably make the drive again Sunday for Hawaii vs San Diego… Will I film the match just to spite the SEC??? Maybe! Do it!

Hawaii has the fewest offensive weapons. TAMU, San Diego, and Pitt look loaded.
I pick San Diego as champs. They have more experienced passers and each position looks solid.

I put a feeler out on the Hawaii Wahine 2022 thread regarding this, and there’s some VTers willing to donate to compensate someone to stream or record and upload the non TAMU games. If you or someone you know is interested and serious in doing it for the Hawaii/Pitt/SD fans out there, please set up a GoFundMe (or something like it) and WE will gladly donate to the cause.

Pretty interesting. Camryn Ennis played the last two years at A and M and now a graduate student at Pitt. Didn’t get a ton of playing time at A and M so you wonder if she will be playing for Pitt and if there is any bad blood. Pretty weird to play your old team the first weekend.

Same can be said for Mia Johnson. She transferred from Hawaii to A&M this off season. Will be interesting to see if Mia starts for the Aggies...

I will most likely only record the San Diego v Pitt match if I do record. My sister will probably join me for the Hawaii v San Diego match, so I probably won't film much of that, but I'll definitely record some points here and there!

They might take one or two if they pass and serve much better than expected Hawaii, A&M, and Pitt all have pretty big question marks having lost some key pieces. A&M with the 13th ranked recruiting class really helps their case for this first weekend for sure. Really expecting some battles. However, I do think San Diego comes out pretty unscathed at the end of the weekend.

At least we can listen to the Hawaii matches on the radio or audio streaming via ESPN Honolulu 92.7 FM /1420 AM. Click on the red "Listen Live" link at the upper right at game time. www.espnhonolulu.com/schedule/

I will update quite a bit as I will be at all six matches for this tourney.
If anyone goes 3-0 they did well against good competition early in the season.
TAMU looks better than what they are expected to be on paper with lots of turnover to starting lineup. Middle play will be the unknown for early in the season.

Someone that was at the Pitt scrimmage last weekend told me they were pleasantly surprised at how hard she hit. I will be at College Station to see all 3 matches this weekend so hoping to be wowed!
