Still not impressed by Summers.. can we see Hani? Endsley also getting blocked a lot You dont want to see Hani....lol Summers tends to overrun and EMP tends to set too low. Not a good combination. Is there a way to watch matches on Pac12 Insider on demand?

Not yet a great combo. Summers is an upgrade from Sanders on offense, IMO. Certainly her ceiling on offense is much higher. Blocking is a definite downgrade so far. Getting outblocked 13-4 today should be a wake up call for everyone who plays on the front row for UW. I'm not an expert when it comes to blocking, but it is pretty easy to see, even on TV, that Summers can be late on sets to the pins and she can fail to press her hands over the net. The good news is that she (and Leslie Gabriel) have the entire season to work on this.

I don't know about today's match yet, but I was able to watch the third set of the Arkansas match (which I missed live) by going to the Pac12 Insider channel on Sling last night and scrolling through what was available on demand.

Yeah, six block jumps and maybe four slide approaches (and resets to block position). Her reaction at the end says it all. Middles have to put out a lot of effort, even if they are not set or get a block!

PAC 12/BIG 10 CHALLENGE
Colorado wins the Challenge tourney by set differential over Washington
ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAM MVP Lexi Hadrych – Colorado Meegan Hart – Colorado Taylor Simpson – Colorado Ella May Powell – Washington Marin Grote – Washington Raina Terry – Illinois Mari Hinkle – Iowa
I think Hadrych should definitely be considered for PAC Offensive POW. Her hitting numbers were awesome.

It takes time to get the timing and connection down. Grote and Powell have got it honed, but it wasn't always that way.

I thought UW relaxed after that "easy" first set, allowing the Illini to fight back and almost push it to five.

Thinking about getting Sling, should I do orange or blue? Also are the replays still up on demand or just for one day?

I highly recommend Sling for volleyball coverage. I still have ESPN+ and BTN+, so it's not quite as comprehensive as I'd like, and Flo gets exclusive content every now and then, but overall it's been terrific.

Sling Orange plus Sports Extra is the way to go to maximize volleyball coverage.
