This weekend made me a lot happier. We have a really high ceiling this season. Lots of stuff to work on for sure but I hope anyone who thought Kentucky isn’t a top 25 team feels dumb lol all without Lamb too!!!

Time for Fields to be subbed out? She is hitting negative. Setter change? There is literally no backup setter available. Lol. I miss Lazaro. No fight in USC today. Lazaro shining at Louisville

USC will not even make the tournament.
It's a shame really, all those top 10-20 recruits gone to waste.

USC will not even make the tournament. It's a shame really, all those top 10-20 recruits gone to waste. Way too early to make that prediction. They lost to Creighton and Kentucky, no slouches and tournament teams. USC looks like they scheduled really well for RPI: Colgate beat Tennessee today. Hard to believe a team like that will not do well in the *Patriot League*. Northern Iowa should be OK in the MVC and even if not finish atop, be close. Despite Hawaii's week 1 struggles, they are the Big West favorite. New Mexico State is a perennial WAC threat. San Jose State looks pretty good - they were pretty solid last year in the MWC as well. Milwaukee's record doesn't look good - but they played solid competition and I expect them to be at/near the top in the Horizon. Now they'll need to pick up some T50 wins along the way. I think their RPI situation will be much better than last years though.

They beat Colgate and UNI already - have Hawaii(x2) + the last 3 mentioned remaining. But no, I am not assuming that. The most important factor in RPI (50%) is opponent W/L Record, which is the point of that post. I'd think it's most likely that USC splits with Hawaii. I also think they are favorites in their home three matches, but none of those matches are gimmees. As far as getting the scheduling bonus, that's also a tossup. Hawaii(x2), UK, Creighton should get there. They need two more of their non-conf opponents (Colgate, UMBC, Villanova, SJSU, Milwaukee, and NMSU) to be Top 75 or above to get the scheduling bonus. I'm not sure that will happen.

I'm not sure that will happen. It's gonna be a close one -- Milwaukee will likely be 2-6 when they play USC, and that's gotta be the scariest 2-6 RPI trap I've ever seen. They look good; tough schedule.
