Georgia Tech is actually doing pretty well defensively on Ohio State's pins but they're just getting killed by the middles and of course they can't pass and terminate off those bad passes Not surprising though. OSU pins are their weak spot. She needed to find a good LS in the portal this year.

I'm looking at GT's season stats, and can we just take a moment to marvel at the fact that Bergman is getting almost twice as many sets as any other teammate and she's still hitting .392. That's gotta be some kind of record for a high-volume OH. I know, it's insane.

That's gotta be some kind of record for a high-volume OH. She's ridiculous. I've been trying to think of my best comparison to other athletes I've watched. The best equivalents I can think of to what I experience watching Bergmann at the collegiate level is when I used to go watch Shaquille O'Neal at a 3A high school, and Vince Young at an inner city terrible high school football program. Not that Georgia Tech is bad, necessarily, but there's no one on either their team or their opponent who is remotely close to Bergmann in talent, and you see it evidenced over and over again. She's simply on another level. Edit: Anyway, I'm going to try to catch every game I can of Georgia Tech. She's special. It's a privilege to be able to watch her.

Rader on the middle bump kill. Innovative offense by OSU.

Ohio State really turned around their season after that Louisville win it looks like they are playing with belief like they know they can win these long rallies and scramble OOS plays

The one VB player comparison that comes to my mind is Stacey Gordon at Ohio State in the early 2000s. Everyone knew she was getting all the sets and they just couldn't stop her. But OSU then wasn't a top 10 team like GT is, and I don't think her percentage was .392.

Really, oldenburgh is going to challenge this? Baffling considering how adamant Ga Tech players were

Is that what I always wonder? Do I lie in bed and ponder what the difference is between a mature and immature player? haha
