And it looks like Izzy has been moved into a hitting position. Third most kills in the match.

Oregon state had 2 set points in the first, but lost it 28-26 to Utah state. Oregon hitting cleanly so far, with good percentages. Izzy, Tkachenko, and Vernon all with 5 kills. Need to get the middles more involved though.

Nice to see Oregon state settling into a reliable offense. Problem is their serve receive/back row defense is not very strong. They sure could use another Massey lol

Oregon State was right in the first two sets. Izzy playing all around and that is helping the Beavs. Utah state just a stronger serve and defensive team. Good blocking. In the 3rd set Beavs struggled with serve receive and two hitters hitting into the block repeatedly until taken out. Beavers definitely better than last year.

Oregon State finishes off the tournament sweeping Univ of Portland. OSU offense really coming together. Izzy on the court the entire time is really helping. She had a triple double tonight! Amazing.

She is playing opposite, but does some setting during each set too. Like a modified 5-2, I think.
