-150 now. Means the bookies now see them as a larger favorite than earlier today. So either a better they respect put decent money on them or something has changed in their handicap like an injury to a LMU player or lineup change that favors LB.
for example say in the NBA the Lakers are favored over the Clippers at -125 (means you have to bet 125 to win 100 in profit), but then news comes out that the Clippers are resting Kawhi Leonard. The Lakers would now be a higher favorite and the line would move to -200 (now bet 200 to win 100 in profit) or something. If you bet Clippers you would only have to bet around 50 to win 100 in profit cause they are the underdog.

Beach is just in offense meltdown mode today. this has been progressing going back to the Notre Dame game
LMU covering every Beach block, and the Beach attack is predictable, sets not great, but Beach doesn't have a terminator.
feels like a flashback right now, ugh

LB falling apart in set 3. Down 4-11, hitting negative. M Chacon still hasn't gotten going yet. Not going to be good for LB if she doesn't.

wheels have just come off. Beach needs Glenn in the back-row,but not the front-row, and the staff hasn't even attempted to get that rotation this year.once.
Meyer is having issues making consistent sets as well. Beach fell in love with the BIC for all the early matches, and teams I'm sure are ready for that. This isn't the men's game. And then Meyer hasn't had a good chemistry with the MBs, except with Bacon back in the Oregon game, but she's sat mostly since. It'll be interesting how Beach adjusts from this. The last four matches since Boise have been ugly.
LMU has really covered the Beach block well this year. Difference is LMU has a couple terminators, and better quality sets.

Beach is up 10-6, 5th.
sure isn't pretty. LMU is not getting good looks. Beach's serving put more pressure on LMU 4th set, and has got LMU out of system.

Good win by LB 3-2. They hit .409 in the 5th, and M Chacon getting going really helped them, but Kennedy is probably the MVP with 14 kills and 8 blocks.

Geissberger seemed gassed at the end. Did not have good swings in the last set and a half.
Beach put up a nice block all match.
that was a big-time grind out win for Beach. the offense will still be a work in progress.
gotta credit Meyer, she had a sweet running cross court bump set to Kennedy for a key kill, then two perfect sets to Bacon for slams. Beach erased a lot of offensive issues in those last 2 sets.
