Good. With no Hawai'i match this weekend, I will have something to watch relatively late on Saturday.

LA International Airport (LAX) noise vs Long Beach Airport (LGB) noise.

Updated with links. LMU's preview just goes to the ticket ordering page, and LBSU doesn't have their preview up yet, haha.

LB tends to start slow. Glad they turned it around in set 2.

I think LMU just set a record for number of over digs in a single rally. Not surprisingly, LBSU won the point, ultimately. And are catching up to 19-19 in the fourth set, down 1-2 to LMU in the match.

LMU takes it 3-1 over LB. The middles for LMU were very effective, as was their leading scorer, Geissberger with 14 kills. On the other hand, the middles for Long Beach didn't help that much, and too many hitting errors by the pins. Close match though.

Awoleye, for LMU, went 12/2/21 for .476 and Geissberger went 14/3/31 for .355. The rest of the LMU team struggled, but those two carried the team enough for a nice win.

Go LMU! Great win for the WCC. I wonder if they can sneak into the at-large conversation somehow? They had so much potential last year, and it ended up being an absolute trainwreck the 2nd half of the season. I hope they can keep playing well.

I think all of us not in the Pacific time zone are going to be grateful for WCC Network free streaming this year! The league is looking really good at this point (and who the heck thinks BYU should be at 20 now, wtf?).
