Not gonna lie, it's so nice to see that Texas isn't bulletproof. They certainly didn't look great at times. At the end of the day though, with all these interesting match results, you happily take the win and avoid going 5. I expected the fourth to be like the second and third tbh so good for Houston putting up a fight.

An ugly win is a win. But sets 1 and 4 - Yuck. Texas will still stay #1 in the AVCA though, if only because not enough people can get LHN to see those games

Texas doesn't benefit from winning in a sweep. Getting punched in the mouth early and often, facing adversity, and responding is what they need more often than not.
