also the last time Minnesota beat Wisconsin was 2018 back in the SSS days.... since then... 2019 Wisconsin won 3-0 in Madison, 3-1 in Minneapolis 2020 (COVID-season) Wisconsin won 3-0 in Minneapolis, 2021 Wisconsin won 3-0 in Madison, 3-2 in Minneapolis, 3-0 in Elite 8 (Madison) And Lauren Barnes was on the winning team in every one of them. Lauren Barnes was on the winning team for all ten MN v WI matches played during her career. |

I'm sorta surprised it's so "late" for a Sunday match. Obviously, Minneapolis to Madison is one of the shorter conference trips, but still, why not 3 or 4 pm?

To me it’s more about giving interested viewers who may be fans of the Vikings and Packers especially a chance to watch their favorite NFL team and their favorite volleyball team. Doesn’t seem smart - or courteous - to schedule the match at a time when one or both are likely to be playing. |

Sconnie's a tough serving team and Gophers serve/receive/passing is a hot mess. Hugh can't fix this right away. Franklin & Smreck (off the bench) have big nights, Minny keeps kilkilling their opportunities, and Bucky sweeps.

Many local packages have BTN, but not all. A lot of internet broadcast services (eg Hulu) also carry it. Games on BTN are not available on B1G+ until 24 hours after broadcast, typically. |
