LSU still has losses to Rice and Houston, who need more love and should be bumped (and Houston should get ranked). Kentucky's best win is Creighton (who Rice also beat). Kentucky should drop into the 20s - but probably won't.

Just like how with all the talk of setter doubles… 9/10 if the setter doubles the ball, it results in a worse set for the hitter. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

i think it depends on the rotation...if you're in Ro1 and your opp/oh are flipped, being out of rotation could help your hitters hit on their better side. or, in that same rotation, the setter playing in front of oh1 who is passing in position 2.

If out of rotation didn't give teams an advantage then Team USA wouldn't have abused the rule by having OPP's run out of the backrow leaving a mile early.

If teams can be out of rotation and get away with it, particularly in a rotation where they struggle (often Ro1), they will do it. As they should.
