VT Poll alert ... State in deep trouble! I know for sure who's moving up and who's moving down lol! Penn State gotta take it in 5 to keep their position! Penn State was #11 in my most recent ranking, but a lot of that was just record compared to other teams. I still think PSU is better than my expectations to start the season, but their ranking was mostly based on 5 set wins over Oregon and Stanford. And while those wins are impressive, HOW they won was just completely unsustainable. 40 blocks in two matches is a huge exception. Give PSU a reasonable blocking line that weekend and they lose both matches. |

Kitties probably need to reverse sweep BLUE or the number of spots they drop likely will be in the 5-10 range. And Michigan can get added into my Top 25 as a consideration. That loss to Duke kind of hurts them a little. |

It's a nice mesh of players who are doing really well under a first year head coach. But as usual, the BIG will eat you up and spit you out if you don't bring your A game every night! |

Yeah, I’ll say it. The Stanford win was a fluke. I’m a PSU fan but if we play them 9 more times, doubt we win any. We caught some lightning in a bottle that weekend but look horrible lately. This is not a top half of Big Ten team at all.
