Still wondering why that double wasn’t called on Michigan midway through 1st set. Score was close, think it put UM up 2. PSU hit on the pin, UM middle was nowhere near the play, the ball deflected off the block towards UM middle who looked like she tried to swat it over, it went in the net and she played it out of the net. The whole crowd even stood up and showed 2 fingers. Is that not reviewable?

Best Michigan performance I have seen in a while!
Fairly certain half the roster wasn't alive the last time Blue beat Penn State in Happy Valley.

That wasn't even close. PSU gets swept really convincingly. Michigan as a darkhorse? That's a good well coached team. Fire Rosen ... wait, forget about it, BLUE is back!

This was probably the best Mruzik and Pertofsky have played all season. When Money May is getting her serves in, it’s such a difference maker for Michigan. And another stud performance from Hannah Grant; quietly becoming one of the best libs in the country.

You're absolutely correct that her save is a difference maker.

Found it in the old media guide: it has been since 2001!

Stanford loss last time was due to their serving errors. Michgan kept it really low. I wish Stanford woukd learn it by now to serve tough but keeping them in. No freebies.

Did NOT see a Michigan sweep coming. Kudos. Not much talk about the Wolverines this season. But, come on, it's Michigan - how long have they been the team that has a big range of play and can lose to lower teams but beat higher teams; never really make it to the upper tier of the conference - almost always in the middle; and usually make the tournament where they could lose in the first round or make a deep run no matter their seed. Michigan VB just being Michigan VB.

Michigan VB just being Michigan VB. This one feels a bit different than any of the wins over the top half of the league for Blue from the last few seasons. To get the win in REC is so rare for them... add to it that it was so dominant. Usually their wins have been five set coin flips. BUT everything else you said is totally fair!
