Adding to the do you know (mostly because I just learned some of this): Brooke is the third Mosher sister to play D1, the other two, Claire and Madeline, played in WI but for Marquette, not the Badgers. Of course Caroline Barnes is the sister of Badger Lauren.

Illinois handled Northwestern much like Badgers did. This could be a close match, or not close at all.

Think I spotted all three of those sisters in the stands supporting Brooke and Caroline two weekends ago in the Illinois doubleheader at Marquette : ). Also in attendance were Marquette VB alums, Sarah Rose and (I'm pretty sure) Allie Barber.

I have seen Wisconsin come from far behind and win vs Illinois . At home.
I have seen Wisconsin vomit up 6 match points and lose. At home.
I got nothin.
And I just saw Wisconsin projectile vomit the ball way out of bounds at Minnesota.
I have also seen the Badgers be given bland "toast (aka free balls) numerous times in the last two matches, and still vomit them up.
So 🤮🤢

Illinois handled Northwestern much like Badgers did. This could be a close match, or not close at all. If a set goes deuce after set one and then Illinois wins that set, Illinois will win the match.

Speaking of deuces… I hope the VB match against IU goes better than the FB game against IU. The refs today are 💩💩💩💩.

Fortunately I don't care that much about football, which I blame on Bielama mostly from when he was here. So good news I can elevate my interest slightly since there is a chance to beat Bielama.
I do like Chryst, but just couldn't get into it after the egos of Alvarez and Bielama.

I honestly don’t know what to expect tomorrow. When you think of who has beaten who and lost to who.... your mind just explodes. Just play well, Badgers.

I still think Wisconsin is one of the top 5 teams in the country and the team to beat for the title in the B1G. The frustration I see in the Badger fans is due to their unrealistic expectation that an assembly of great players, no matter how good, can just reload and play as well every match as the once-in-a-generation team that virtually all graduated after last year. Be happy with the abundance of talent you have.
As for this match, you match up very well against Illinois on paper. But... Call on Line 2 from Dave Shondell...
