I still think Iowa is just playing much better than in previous years. A lot more dangerous. Definitely. Good for the Hawks.

Badgers are hitting 0.439 for the match. Iowa 0.125. Badgers with 10 blocks to 3 for Iowa. Franklin with 14 kills after two sets, hitting 0.632 Orzol hitting 0.300 with 9 kills. GG with 11 digs. Only three that set. Let's see if the badgers can keep the focus. Unfortunately this one is going as expected. I won't know what to do if we get a pin that can score🤪

GG tripped Orzol from the back, and she still got the dig.

I'll have to say, the badgers looked really good in this match, got Shanel involved, and really didn't start serving tough until the 3rd. That was impressive

It is John Evans and also Reghan Coyle (former IA player) Oh, I remember Coyle! Strong RS, heavy arm. Good out of system. Coyle was indeed a stud RS for the Hawks! Now a pharmacist at the U of Iowa Children's Hospital, if I am not mistaken. Appreciated hearing her insight tonight.

I love watching alums go on to meet their ambitious career goals. It makes my heart sing. Agree! And she was a fighter in every way. Started as a walk-on because she was an Iowa kid who just always wanted to be a Hawkeye. Ended up being named B1G Player of the Week at one point (I remember because that hasn't happened a ton for the Hawks...see link below). I'll stop now...but love Reghan! volleymob.com/reghan-coyle-earns-big-ten-volleyball-player-week/
