it lives rent free in my mind how many times Brankica ROOFED the life out of her 1-1 in the 2016 semi and then when Lowe was going off in the 5th the announcer said “Serbia must be thinking where oh where is Kelly Murphy” I recently did a rewatch of all Rio USA matches, and I still don't understand why we were running Murphy. If we were challenged even once during pool play, we'd have yanked our obvious weakness. I get that she was a bit faster than Lowe, but even in-system she struggled to terminate at times. Not to mention she had absolutely no block vision. |

if you wanted to be dark, you should have brought up Murphy instead of Lowe
...
We don't talk about her. karch is now dead to me, my new agenda is to bring up every coaching wrong he's guilty of

Drews has proved me wrong since ~2016 -- I thought she was Murphy 2.0 for a while there, but she's more explosive and has more shots in her toolbox.
When Karch was only giving leftie opposites opportunities though
