Long Beach is on a 9 match win streak, with their last loss being to Hawaii. If they can keep this close they could sneak out a 3-2 win, but Hawaii is favored, so should win. Hawaii had a surprising loss to Cal Poly a few matches ago, so they are beatable though.

Dvoracek and Stockholm can be devastating on the outside, and besides Igiede, Hawaii doesn’t put up much of a block. Hawaii’s starting libero was injured and with only one other DS on the roster, the OH1 was forced to go six rotations and the passing and defense took a big hit. When a Poly fan next to me before the match asked who I thought had the advantage, I told her it was Poly. I was, however, pleasantly surprised how close Hawaii kept it even with Dvoracek hitting over .500.

You should do a poll seeing who votes for Hawaii or LB to win ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

With a huge crowd expected and Hawaii on a winning streak against LBSU. They will be ready. They can't overlook them which we know Coach Rob will NOT let them do.....but Hawaii will be ready.

Ah yes, remember in the days of yore when LBSU and Hawaii were perennial top 10 powerhouses and they were coached by legends?

All I know is that we gonna need Riley to produce tomorrow night offensively to help us spread out our offense. She played well against them on the road and we gonna need her once again.

Who has the more talented starting eight (libero plus one DS)? Here are some conference numbers to ponder. I apologize for my unfamiliarity with the LBSU roster.
