Should Christa Harmotto be in the Barboza/Larson discussions? Her performances so far suggests yes.

No. An offensive force from the middle--and she's been fantastic so far--doesn't compare with the all-around games of the other two. She's not blocking that well either. Yet. Of course, if she ends up hitting .400+ and picks up her block, who knows? Not a bad start for a frosh against Stanford and Hawaii, was it?

(R)uffda has been doing a lot of self-reversal lately. Early onset dementia? Or perhaps long overdue dementia?

My inner demons are becoming more and more difficult to control. You'd think the booze and pills would help, but noooooooooooooooo.

Keystonekid, seems like Harmotto has really blossomed in the last year. True, or did she just not get as much publicity as some others?
Salyer doesn't seem comfortable on the right. I wonder how this will shake out.

I wonder how this will shake out. Ruffda, most of the publicity went to Fawcett while playing club. Her club team was better than Harmotto. Now we are starting to see how the tables are turning. How things will shake out at PSU? Those outsides better start hitting over .200 because there is so much you can get out of those middles (who are carrying the load for the Lions right now). ESTRELLA

Morgan Beck. What a great volleyball name. 7 kills - 2 errors - 13 total attacks. Oh - here's a picture of her taken by yours truly. Morgan is #3 on the right.
