How has Izzy been doing at the net? I am watching but not giving my full attention. Diane on the radio has mentioned that, oddly, Rutgers is setting their right side way more than their left, so Izzy not really being challenged so much, at least that I've noticed |

I kind of feel like Ashburn and Franklin aren't connecting. Ashburn is expecting Franklin to be further off the net.

5-1 ran fairly smoothly. Some glitches. But I feel confident with Demps coming in. She's good.

White post match:
on the 5-1: Still need some learning. Team was excited trying something different. Interested to see the transition attack in the middle.
Second set: Rutgers is a good serving team. They started getting some ball in. UW was OOS a lot. Needed to get passers to show more urgency moving their feet. Trying to get hitters to get the feet to the ball OOS so they could swing through.
In the first set: Happy with block on the slide, which hurt them in Madison.
Defenders did a good job behind Izzy on the block.
PSU: Totally different team that what they played in Madison. Markley has stabilized the pins. Clark has added a slide from both middles. Expect a tough match in State College.

a brutal stretch continues for the Badgers as they go to (14) Penn State for an 8PM ET match on BTN
then the season ends for the Badgers with two top10 road matches
@ (6) Nebraska (FRI 11.25 at 8PM ET on BTN)
@ (5) Ohio State (SAT 11.26 at 7PM ET on BTN)

then the season ends for the Knights with a road swing to the state of Michigan

All-star performances by Badger hitters tonight.
One of the best all-around performances of the season, for Julia...yes!
The upside for Sarah is she got some bench time and rest. We'll need her at 100% for tomorrow's match at Rec Hall.
