I personally don't understand Davis' struggles with this Gopher offense. She, to me, appears out of sync all season, with what is going on around her. I feel she has so much talent, but we just don't see it during a match like we should.
Gophers finally showed up the third set. Unfortunately, it was a poor showing the first two sets.
Here's hoping they show up at the beginning of the match tomorrow night vs UNI.

Just got home from match. Thought the Gophers played well and the Pav was rowdy. Unsurprisingly, just gloomy Gopher comments so far.

Just got home as well - a win is a win. And that announcer (in the Pav) is not my fave.

It wasn't their finest effort and they will need to play a lot more error free tomorrow night. At least SLU made them play some scrappy points, which we know UNI will do tomorrow. |

They had 10 attack errors, 4 SE and 1 RE in 3 sets. |

It was a half effort kind of night. When you know the competition isn't going to be super great you can tend to not go full in. 🤷 We didn't look bad, just not our full effort we saw last week. We'll see what happens with UNI.
