I guessed Georgia Tech as she's from Atlanta and Morissette is a Grad student this year. Luper is from Texas freshman OH Leverette is from Atlanta I'm pretty sure I was talking about Kiara Robey, who is from Atlanta.

Minnesota needs more MB's like a hole in the head. I'm assuming she's trying to head to Texas or pull a Hord and head to Nebraska. she wouldn't play at texas with asjia and bella coming back. don't think either team really has the room at the moment, but she probably wouldn't start at nebraska either. allick and mendelson are the future, although maybe jackson can steal one of their spots in a year or two. I feel like Andi Jackson is going to be a day 1 starter, but maybe I’m biased for players who train their bodies to levitate in the air over the course of their high school careers.

I wouldn't doubt it. She's scary athletic. The day she committed, I quietly thought in the back of my mind that whichever of Allick and Mendelson didn't start this year could be out by 2024 because of her. It'll be interesting to see for sure. Truly, if she wasn't a day 1 starter though, depending on depth, they could redshirt her and she'd still have minimum two years of starting (baring even better middles coming, through recruiting or transfers).

I think Jackson will move to a pin position. She is so athletic and can jump. She’d be great on the rs.

That’s what they said. I think Caffey is getting some kind of graduate certificate as well. It wouldn’t surprise me if they weren’t enrolled in the spring. There are many graduate programs that only take a year. There aren’t any reputable graduate degrees you can earn in one semester that I’m aware of. Call me crazy, but I have a sneaky suspicion they didn’t come to Texas because of its reputable graduate programs. Although Texas does indeed have excellent graduate programs. To be honest, you don't even need to be a real graduate student to attend as a 5th year. It's definitely different as a grad transfer, since you're supposed to be claiming that you can't get your desired grad program at your original school. (Although, I am not sure grad transfer is even its own thing anymore; I have received conflicting information about that.) But, as you've noted several times, even if it is, the NCAA is basically enforcing nothing regarding transfers (or NIL), so there really are no rules. I know players in several programs at Arizona (softball, women's basketball, volleyball) who are "non-degree seeking graduate students." It's always been a classification at Arizona (I remember it when I worked for the University), but it's especially popular now with the COVID-19 5th years. You just take random grad classes to stay eligible. Because, y'know, college sports are all about the education...

Nebraska’s middle are all young so a one year or grad transfer would make sense if a scholarship opens up, which hasn’t as of yet.
Setting is still a bigger need with Evans moving on. Bergan has a great shot to win the job in the spring but they cannot waste all the offensive talent with setting like they had this year. That being said, it’s not like good setters with one year remaining come around often.

There were a BUNCH last year. 3 of them in this Final Four in Blossom, Lazaro, and Ewert. I can’t imagine a similar haul this year. But I’d guess there are a LOT of interested parties waiting to find out. Many of them fans of different programs who post on this message board.

If you count historically Methodist, but no longer overtly religious ... SMU ... or not religious at all, USC.

Lmao Louisville isn't a catholic private school. Lot of catholics in town though.

Any guesses on where Luper is going? And whose spot she might be taking? It may be just me but it seems like this portal is way more defensive-oriented for some of the very top teams. idk but on lg live she said she wanted more from her new school like playing in final fours.
