USC is making their 38th NCAA tournament appearance and first since 2019. The Women of Troy are 281-145 (.660) in sets played, winning 3 National Championships (1981, 2002, 2003; 1 Runner Up in 1982; 6 Final Fours (1985, 2000, 2004, 2007, 2010, 2011); 7 Elite Eights (1984, 1994, 2001, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017); 7 Sweet Sixteens (1991, 1992, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2006).
High Point is making their 6th NCAA tournament appearance and first since spring 2021. The Panthers are 4-17 (.190) in sets played winning their first round match in spring 2021.

This should be a sweep by USC, with or without Tuaniga. Adoina filled in perfectly for her in their last match, though it was said that Tuaniga would be back for the tourney. We will see.

I think that even though Tuaniga is ready to play why not give the freshman some valuable playing time since her redshirt got burned... I mean the Trojans are hitting over .400 plus it will give Tuaniga more time to fully recover..

Interesting camera work. Main shot is well wider than the entire court yet still they feel the need to jerk the camera back and forth. Yikes!

ETA: Sunderland just said he got a text from Don Shaw that said Tuaniga isn't playing tonight
