IMO the ball hits the net, then hits the antenna, which causes the trajectory to change, and the ball is batted down by the antenna on top of Krause, which allows her to pop it back up. I see a trajectory change after the ball bounces off the net.

That one shouldn't disappear. And for what it's worth, that's a pretty good angle and I see no evidence that it hit the antenna.

DISCLAIMER: I sat very close to the court right next to KU fans and I’m a GIGANTIC Husker fan.
I’ve read most of the thread but not the last few pages (will go back and read) as it seems like it’s the same thing over and over.
As a die hard Husker - KU fans and just volleyball fans in general have a right to be upset at those calls. That clearly hit antenna. The one replay they showed on the big screen was pretty obvious it hit antenna, so obvious it stopped the current chant going on from Husker fans. Also Evans imo should have been called for a double towards the end.
It’s a shame that one play specifically is going to cloud this game as both teams competed hard. Props to KU, they played lights out set 3 and 4. I honestly wished it would have gone to 5, because I wanted the Huskers to continue to compete and win with no doubt. But as Husker players you play with what you are given.
I have a lot more to say about this game but wanted to put this comment here because I’m pretty shocked that call stood. I am happy for the Huskers and hope they learned a lot and of course forever GBR! But dang it wish it didn’t come to that in terms of ending!

Made it home. Started reading some of the aftermath here. Stopped doing that. Major props to KU for adjusting, settling in, and playing a great match. The Jayhawk fan contingent was the best we've had at a Devaney tournament match in quite a while. The two Missouri years are not even comparable. That’s because they have a dedicated block of seats available, and aren’t relegated to the rafters.

You gotta remember the BIG ten all installed 120 Frames per second cameras. All big ten schools did. They replaced the 60 FPS so the detail is alot better than what we get on TV.

Most visiting tournament teams don't travel well enough to use the whole section.

FWIW, I personally wish we did that during the regular season too.

The next frame, the antenae wobbles sideways after after ball hits antenae (as it should).

KU band was also so fun and S/O to the KU fans who bought SRO tickets!

That one shouldn't disappear. And for what it's worth, that's a pretty good angle and I see no evidence that it hit the antenna. Unless you have the corresponding view down the length of the net, you can't tell what happens after it comes off the net. It could bounce up and away from everything, ie. no touch of the antenna. Or it could come up from the net, contact the antenna and then fall away.

See, to me this is serious. If we are going to have a review system, and then let people at home see the event more clearly than the refs at the match, what is the point? We are talking about breaking viewership and attendance records. This needs to get fixed before everyone thinks it's just a scam. And the 2020 election was stolen, lol.

The antenna shakes because the ball hit the net.
