She’s playing out if position. I think it is a lot harder for a DS to play position 1, 6, and 5 in a season than fans appreciate. agreed, tbh I thought she was going to be the full time DS for Wilson coming into the season but it obviously has not been NEARLY that simple. I just hate that she passed a 1.7 this year. that doesn't have much to do with position on the court She doesn’t get reps. It’s been a constant flip flop with Barry, Barra, Verbeist, and Dani T-N. She isn’t Lexi R, but she hasn’t had an easy road due to constant changes and olaying time. Hoping she gets better next year. |

Well good thing USC is going to the B1G cause most of you are a showing you don’t watch much volleyball outside of that. There’s no way for us to. Cable gets you BTN but not PAC 12 Network. BTN Plus is great but PAC doesn’t have that. |

BTN Plus is great but PAC doesn’t have that. There are many streaming services available. 'No way' makes it sound like you're stuck in the past. For ~65/month you get access to literally every network (ACC/SEC/BTN/PAC/LHN/etc.) As far at BTN+, the non-TV PAC games are almost always streamed (for free) even if you don't have P12 Networks. |

USC playing so tentative and scared already. Credit to OSU though. Even though this match has been ugly they are sticking to being consistent

USC has lots of young pieces to work with. I am optimistic about them in the B1G. They improve defensively (ball control and block) in the next couple years and they are back to the team we expect with the name 'USC' to be under the nearly 20 years Mick was there. SC took Stanford, the runaway PAC champion, to 5. I think you're underestimating how much that defense will need to improve. Agreed, they're all young -- but Fields carries the team offensively, and won't be on the roster when they move over. I think the first few seasons will be rough, but the ship will be righted. There's no reason they cant compete in the B1G, I just don't think this group will be the one that makes them competitive. I would loooove to be wrong though. |
