Does anyone know of a bar or restaurant hosting a watch party in Minneapolis for the game? I would like to watch with some fellow gopher fans.

I'm just going to go ahead and get a month of Youtube TV or Sling since all the matches from hear on out seem to be on ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU. I don't mind paying when there's content I really want. All the matches are being broadcast on espn+ as well. Thats $10/month, way cheaper than sling. Yep, but there's a catch (unless I'm missing something). I got ESPN+ for the opening weekend, thinking I'd be good for the entire tournament. ESPN+ carries all sorts of content - all of it specifically marked ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN3, ESPN U, ESPN+, etc. All the VB matches last weekend were marked ESPN+.
If you buy an ESPN+ subscription you technically only have access to content marked ESPN+, ESPN3, and sometimes content on ESPN Spanish language streams. To have access to ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU content (where all the VB will be from here on out) on the ESPN streaming app when you buy an ESPN+ subscription, you have to have a cable package that includes ESPN/2.
It doesn't make sense, but I guess it encourages people to not drop their cable packages. I'd pay $15-20 for a month for an ESPN streaming package that included everything.
If I'm totally wrong and there's a way to watch everything with my ESPN+ subscription - but no cable package with ESPN - I'd be more than happy to be wrong. Lol.

It’s my understanding that all the matches will air live on ESPN2 and ESPNU and also simulcast onto espn+. I wonder if we’ll get another whip around show for the regionals throughout the day.

Okay, that sounds promising. Thanks. I'll pull up the first match on Thursday and see if I can get it via my ESPN+ subscription. If not, I'll spring for Youtube TV or something.

Chances of me being able to stream this match on my flight? 🤔 Still salty about the starting time.

OSU vs MN Stats:
KILLS K K/S HITTING PCT OSU 1561 14.19 .254 MN 1401 13.22 .262
ASSISTS A/S
OSU 13.31 MN 12.19
BLOCKING BLK/S OSU 2.19 MN 2.92
DIGS D D/S
OSU 1744 15.85 MN 1408 13.28
POINTS OSU 1924 MN 1852
I looked all of this up because I just watched the Six Rotations Sweet 16 breakdown and Mick Haley said that he's picking OSU because they have better stats. Wanted to see for myself how they match up.

The "Points" stat is... kind of pointless. It depends on how many sets they've played.
