That "cracker box" is one of the nicest vb facilities anywhere. Creighton literally has beaten Minnesota. Any MN fan complaining about other facilities is on crack. The Pav, or whatever its name is, is awful. We were there in fall and had to strip naked to keep from melting. The steel beams blocked the view. The fans cheering in a monotone, dead succession, M I N N E....etc... was reflective of some of your players when playing defense. While loud when your teams perform, it is not the best facility. Can always count on you to come into another team’s forum and be a total trash person. Love the consistency kid!

Whoa the hyperbolic trolling. I think I would've noticed if someone were naked in the stands. The Pav is great for fans who enjoy feeling like they're part of the action. I wouldn't mind if it could hold another 1-2k people, but the "smallness" helps with loudness.

Oh look, another smug, obnoxious, delusional, and entitled badger fan. The lack of self-awareness is astounding, considering a Nebraska fan made that post... You, a grade A troll were all to quick to want to come %*$# on the Gophers because that's all you know how to do. Come back to volleytalk when your IQ rises above room temperature. Or better yet, don't come back at all. Nothing of value will be lost if your account were to disappear.

I think only Smrek will be a true senior next year. Crawford/Robinson fifth years. FYI, this is the best available information I have seen regarding CC and the other fifth year players. Smrek is a true junior this year, along with Orzol:
This is the first time I have seen a confirmation that CC is returning [from the Iowa match wrap-up article in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel]:
"Sarah Franklin, Devyn Robinson and Caroline Crawford, who recorded her 500th career block in the match, are also seniors, but they plan to use their COVID year of eligibility and return next season."
Thanks for the info! I didn’t think anyone would transfer… because why would you when you will return the same lineup next year (possibly improved with setting changes). Congrats on an amazing year and best of luck in the tournament!

(Not that I think any of them will transfer, but...) as to "why: when Wisconsin runs the 6-2 offense, there is 'room' on the floor for four middles and opposites. Next year all four are coming back, or have more eligibility, etc., but Wisconsin almost certainly won't be running a 6-2. One of them will likely be 'out of a job'.

Crowl, Hanson, Shaff, Minatee, Davis, Awoyele, Schnichels, Tayla, Wookie, Grote, Murr… Maybe Z, or maybe he held one. We're losing two scholarships only. Swenson twins coming in who I cannot imagine will not be on scholarship. If we need transfers, who's realistically going to want to come here if they can't be on scholarship. Do they get any carry-over for Covid? I'm not super versed in the rules. I would be slightly surprised if both twins were on scholarship.

I figure Stella is on scholarship, but Olivia may not be... Or maybe only got a partial scholarship.

Strictly going by when each player announced their commitment, I would surmise the same thing, but I have no insider info where that is concerned.

Maybe just Stella.

I remember hearing Brittany McLean got something like that which contributed to her playing here before she transferred, thus I figured maybe it came up again.
