Also according coach Skinner’s instagram, Kentucky will play their fall home matches at Rupp Arena which is a pretty big deal. Is this a full time move oro just while Memorial gets a face lift? My understanding is temporary. |

Not a bad opening weekend. Hope they are playing 3 games though if they are traveling out to Colorado for opening weekend. Any one going to the spring game vs Louisville tonight? Would love some updates and recap. Excited to see Wilson on the OH for the Cats. I’m planning on going. I hope I can get in. 😬 |

UK will play in Rupp for this season only. Memorial will be closed for renovations all of next year as they start the renovations next month. UK set to play back in Memorial in AU24. Could you imagine spending a gagillion dollars renovating Memorial and then going "Hey we're gonna stay in Rupp Arena".
I remember reading UK pays around $100k in rent for each basketball game. I wonder if the Lexington Center cut them a deal for the other sports next year. Surely they're not paying full price for each VB game.

I would honestly be surprised if every home game was at Rupp next year with how much money that would cost the school. Could be wrong but I would think they’ll play 6-10 of their biggest matchups there and then the rest at transy or another decent local gym.

Really wish Skinner had his freshmen class come in early like most other top programs. Sarafa is already 10x better than Jenkins.

Finally got to watch the whole thing. The biggest standout for me was Erin Lamb's passing(!?), girl was dropping dimes. Please dear lord let that carry over to the fall. Otherwise, a pretty sloppy and forgettable game, but hey it's spring.
