Looks like she's ranked 4th in IL on prepdig. Doesn't seem like Skinner is getting the highly ranked players in this class, but have to trust how well he develops them. I will say her most recent hudl looks pretty good. PrepDig is garbage with their rankings and player evaluations. I could state endless examples. They have kids who are not even playing Club anymore included in their rankings. They have kids that are on the second team at Clubs ranked ahead of kids on the first team. So we are supposed to believe the Club is picking the wrong kids for their teams. PrepDig operates on parents who are willing to pay $100/year to see their kids names posted online. |

We had an athlete that was ranked in the top 20 Nationally on Prep Dig but for her state, not even ranked. Their state by state system is bizarre and relies HEAVILY on coaches input. |

New Kentucky volleyball show with former cat Leah Edmond and Hunter Mitchell who covers the team probably more than anyone. I feel like it's been long overdue ky vball did something like this.

Only the first game, but yikes Kentucky was pretty awful tonight. A carbon copy of the same team that struggled all last season outside of SEC play.

I really enjoyed this. They are going to release the show weekly I believe. Looking forward to more coverage on UK VB from KSR. Kudos to all those involved for putting this together. |

Was really disappointed not seeing much if any improvement from Lamb. Tealor and Rutherford played uninspired. Beavin looks like she is better shape. I won't comment on Grome. I'm hoping it's just first game jitters.

Couldn't believe how bad Rutherford and Tealer played last night. Hopefully it's just a one-off season opener for them. I just don't think Lamb is good enough to get as much run as she gets. Would rather Deleye and Bultema get a good amount of time to develop as they have way more potential than a lot of upperclassmen.
Hopefully they have a better showing tonight and against Pitt next weekend cause last night was dreadful.

Well I guess I picked the right game to not be able to watch. We only had 2 blocks in 4 sets? You'd think they could get that much by accident. Jeez.

I had to stop watching after set 3.
One of the biggest problems with Lamb is Grome also loves to set her OOS, which is 95% of the time a bad choice.
I sometimes think that Tealer being the on-court leader hurts this team in someways. Don't get me wrong, she's clearly very dedicated to the program, a great athlete, and the team seems to love her, but her more chill and light-hearted court presence sometimes translates to a lethargic team performance, IMO.
Plus, our block... I think we should see what Williams can do instead of Goetz or even Tealer at this point. It's a glaring problem and doesn't seem to have gotten any better since last year.
Not willing to throw up the white flag yet, but definitely a disappointing match. Onwards!

Yeah I have no idea why they do this, they did it last year too. I guess whoever's in charge of inputting this stuff thinks SA means Set Attempts? Anyways, Tuozzo did have a bunch of aces today though, so there's that
