So now we're rooting for Nebraska (ugh) to beat Wiscy again Nov 24 when they meet for the second time? Drive down Wiscy's chances of hosting a Regional (really?) in order for Texas to float up? Since I don't think there's any way we're moving up to 4, I'm still going to root for Wisconsin rebuke

Wisconsin falls! Who moves up—Washington State or Oregon? That's barely Wisconsin's third loss of the season. Thought those PAC schools had several more than that.

I’ve seen enough:
Nebraska #1 seed Stanford #2 Louisville #3 Texas#4
The top four from each top conference.

The committee is gonna be very lenient with Wisconsin's last 2 losses. Shrek wasn't playing, 5 setters, on the road.

Where decisions are subjective I think they will consider which matchups with greater rivalries and can impact ratings - it also makes it interesting to have the conferences face off - especially with the Big 10’s fall from grace - (oh no you didn’t!!)

Where decisions are subjective I think they will consider which matchups with greater rivalries and can impact ratings - it also makes it interesting to have the conferences face off - especially with the Big 10’s fall from grace - (oh no you didn’t!!) Even worth those subjective measures, Texas hasn’t done anything noteworthy enough to break through and claim a 1 seed. Their best wins were against Kansas and BYU, all at home. They’ve also lost at home twice to highly rated teams. Washington State’s recent downfall also doesn’t help matters. Texas also has losses to one team that’s squarely on the bubble, and another team that won’t make the tournament. No other team in hosting contention has that poor of losses. If the committee wants to stand on the same “laurels” that had them decide San Diego was a 2 seed last year, the same criteria would have Texas as a 2 seed at best. Not hating on Texas specifically, but giving Texas a 1 seed when comparing their body of work to everyone else in contention for a spot would be very shady. Also, it’s 2023. Who says “Oh no you didn’t” anymore?
