Are the ticket office interns on strike? They're dealing with incensed football fans learning that the Big 12 has only allotted 8,500 tickets to each home team to play in JerryWorld.
Volleyball will have to wait.

My credit card (email) notification just let me know that I was charged for the first 2 round tickets!
Hopefully, the actual seating information will show up later tonight.
i got charged for 2 tickets & an additional charge of $10 (maybe a service fee)...i have not received an email yet charge showed up for me as well, but no email |

I know some of y'all are freaked out about playing A&M first round,but personally I think it's a blessing. NOTHING else is going to pack the Greg like playing the Aggies and get the team fired up. It is going to be LOUD. You think Asjia and Molly are going to let this team lose to the Aggies now? NFW
Jenna's taking sh!t from her whole family this week, she's going to come out angry.
I'm thinking this is going to be a great start to the tournament.

And an ace because Barnes forgets to sub in. I just know it. I feel it my rivalry bones. |

I'd love to but I have virtually 0 faith in her. I know I sound like a hater but I promise I want nothing more than for Texas to win. I just can't get behind Jenna's lackluster performances. She's been borderline embarrassing all year. Hitting <.200 in 10 games. That's 38% of games where she has hit below .200. She's also hit <.100 in 5 games and <.000 in 2 games. and none of those teams are top 10 blocking teams. In fact only 1 of them are top 20. and 5 were top 50. I know one player doesn't make a team but when one player constantly falls below the mark it becomes frustrating. I'd go as far to say that the only comparison we really have on the struggle bus with Jenna is Ella but she's a true freshman and if we're being honest Long Beach Ella v Texas Tech Ella is a huge change. Sure she still makes mistakes but she's a freshman. Jenna is in her 4th season. She's a veteran. There's no excuse for her to be playing the way she is. Just as a comparison Parra had hit under .100 in 6 games and under .200 in 13 games. Not excusing some of Jenna’s performances but for those who are clamoring for Parra instead I don’t think that would’ve solved everything like people want to believe. Also the last postseason match she played in Gregory she hit .421 and had 9 kills, maybe we can bring that kind of magic to this season. Does Jenna have any top 10 Big 12 rankings? Parra is second in points and kills and service aces and she passes dimes. Jenna can’t pass gas. It’s not even in the same universe. Texas would be so much better off with Parra out there. |

The regular fan has to do seatgeek.
This is happening right now in WBB. Big Bad UConn is coming to town. Tickets were "sold out" very quickly so you can't buy them from Texassports.com, but you can buy them off of seatgeek. Some theory is that it's part of some Jimmy V game series. But who knows.
In a way.......sorta, the volleyball post-season tickets are "fair" in comparison.
