def had a brain fart and was like 'pro volley femminile?' that would be better than PVF. PVF makes sense for like a "governing body"... but not for the league. The one and only PVF was PVF Matera.   |

I hope these groups of players are reaching out to those in Europe right now.
PVF is in a hard position where players overseas already are going to be tempted by new offers or contract renewals vs the unknowns of PVF... who is going to take the risk vs who is just gonna go with what they know (staying in the euro leagues)
There's a lot of talent in the fringe leagues that could be greatly beneficial to PVF.

what does playing in PVF look like for those with NT aspirations? i just can't imagine the level of competition will be anywhere near italy/turkiye year one or two...and idk if players get better playing in worse leagues (see every player ever playing in japan or korea)

what does playing in PVF look like for those with NT aspirations? i just can't imagine the level of competition will be anywhere near italy/turkiye year one or two...and idk if players get better playing in worse leagues (see every player ever playing in japan or korea) It will be important for PVF to establish themselves with USAV and with Karch. I think it would be harsh to punish new NCAAers for staying home vs going overseas. The best of the best still will (Cause money will be higher)... but the fringe athletes? Maybe... depending on who they sign... PVF might have a better product than some of these leagues (like look what Sherridan did in AU vs Turkey or Fricano in AU vs France, etc etc) They need to find a healthy blend between new kids, veterans looking for their swan song, and snatching good Americans from mid-Euro leagues. |

I really hope they can take some of the french/german league players, to up the quality. |
