Hosts: Brazil, China, Japan
Dates: Sep 30 - Oct 8
Pools Hosts: Brazil, China, Japan 1: Poland, Italy, USA 2: Argentina, Slovenia, Iran 3: Serbia, Cuba, Netherlands 4: Turkey, Canada, Ukraine 5: Germany, Mexico, Tunisia 6: Egypt, Belgium, Czech Republic 7: Bulgaria, Finland, Qatar
They'll send one team from each drawing pool to each location so that there's three pools of 8 teams. Two teams from each pool will qualify for the Olympics, pretty sure it's just a round robin format.

How can there be three pools (Brazil, China, Japan) of 8 teams when you start with 7 pools of three teams and send one to each of the regions? Three pools of 8 teams is 24 teams total. Seven pools with three teams is 21 teams total.
